You will be joining our Sea Logistics Team to add your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.
**Your Role**
You will be responsible for supervising a team of sales representatives to achieve assigned sales targets through ensuring day-to-day team performance, motivating the team + providing coaching.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ To supervise the team, providing day-to-day coaching, feedback, + support so they can achieve their goals.
+ To monitor individual sales performance + provide feedback by tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, while offering coaching + support to improve performance.
+ To resolve customer issues + complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction + escalating complex issues when necessary.
+ To assist with sales activities, participate in sales calls, presentations, + customer meetings as needed.
+ To contribute to the development of sales strategies + plans by providing feedback + insights based on your team's experience + customer interactions.
+ To maintain accurate sales records + reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) + generating reports to inform decision-making.
+ To ensure adherence to company policies + procedures through leading by example, ensuring your team operates within ethical + legal guidelines.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Have experience in Sea logistic with existing clientele for FCL & LCL.
+ Should have leadership skills to manage team target.
+ Good negotiation and relationship skills with clients.
+ Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and managing a team.
+ Good English communication.
+ Should have a basic Microsoft office experience.
